Sheila Marmon
Sheila Marmon is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of UrbanAdserve, and is responsible for strategy, growth, development and planning. Before joining UrbanAdserve, Sheila was part of the development and launch teams for several businesses at Time, Inc. —one being Suede Magazine, a multicultural fashion publication. Sheila possesses more than 15 years of experience in new business development, digital media, strategy and has worked for leading companies including TimeWarner, Morgan Stanley & Company and Mercer Management Consulting.
Ms. Marmon has served as a guest lecturer on multicultural marketing at the Anderson School of Business and has spoken on digital and multicultural media at the Harvard Business School. Sheila received the honor of “40 Under Forty” from The Network Journal Magazine in 2009 and was featured in the Financial Times in September 2010.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Princeton University and earned her MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. |

Pamela A. Pickens
Pamela A. Pickens is the Creator, Co-Founder and Chief Intelligence Officer of UrbanAdserve. She crafted the company's vision and its objective to empower urban publishers to use technology to unlock value in the online marketplace. As President and Founder of Black Diamonds Lifestyle Group, she developed strong relationships with the most established and recognized tastemakers, major brands, agencies and marketers targeting urban trendsetters in top markets. UrbanAdserve combines her strength as a seasoned urban lifestyle and entertainment marketer who is “in the know” with her understanding of internet-based technology and how to leverage that to create new revenue streams.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a certificate in marketing from New York University, she is a member of 212interactive and THE MIT Enterprise Forum. |
